Upon purchase, we send a picture file by email so you know exactly the item you are purchasing. We will phone you for credit card details, get your shipping directions, then pack the item securely.
We send by post to the USA or Canada unless you order differently. You pay only the shipping fees. We do not charge packing or handling fees. We send you an email invoice itemizing the costs plus postage.
These pots are very robust; damage in the mails has been almost non existent over the years, and we get lots of practise at posting these pots!
If, after you have used it for a few days, you have a concern, email us and we can go over replacement options. Our policy is to replace any pots broken in shipping. If you have questions, please email or call us for further information.
